Review:
The Game series by Eve Silver has been my guilty pleasure. It features aliens and video games, two things I don’t usually enjoy, but for some reason I have loved this series. The first two books were edge of your seat thrill rides and I went in to Crash expecting a grand finale. While I did enjoy this novel it wasn’t the epic finale I was hoping for and the conclusion to this trilogy left me feeling underwhelmed.
Crash picks up rwhere Push left off. Miki’s father and best friend are in the hospital and the Game is glitching pulling Miki and Jackson more frequently. Their real lives are starting to overlap with their game lives and the committee is getting more ruthless.
This entire series has read like a Hollywood movie. It was completely action packed and I once again found myself flipping through the pages. That was my favorite part of this novel and the entire series.
Miki and Jackson, and their relationship, were another aspect of the previous two novels that I enjoyed. Miki goes through such great character growth in Push that I wanted to see more of that from her in Crash. Unfortunately, the majority of the plot was spent trying to get answers, fighting the committee, and revealing plot twists; there wasn’t a lot of time left for character growth.
Overall, while this wasn’t the strongest installment in the series I still enjoyed it. I am sad to see everything come to an end. These were the first books I’ve read by Eve Silver but I know they won’t be my last!

I really do want to try this series for myself at some point. I think that the covers are great but the plot sounds good. It's a shame about this being the weakest installment but I am glad it was still enjoyable enough :)
