I make no secret that I love books, but  I also love movies and especially the wonderful moment when my favorite book becomes an awesome movie. So for this challenge I want to know what your favorite book to movie adaption is!

  3. I am going with The Lord of the Rings trilogy. The amount of crazy detail that went into those films to get them just right was astounding.

    1. I just watched the first two Lord of the Rings movies a couple days ago (I was procrastinating finals =P). And I was reminded just how brilliant they are!

  5. Of all time? The 1995 version of Sense and Sensibility. I'm not an Austen fan and I love it! Of 2013? Well, we'll see after part two of The Hobbit tomorrow. ;)

  7. My fav. Book to Movie adaptation is probably any of they Harry Potter movies. They did a fantastic job creating those movies!

  12. I will always have a soft spot for the screen adaptation of "I Am Number Four" -- not because it's particularly good, but because I love Dianna Argon.

    This year, specifically -- I loved City of Bones! So good.

  15. My favorite is actually Joss Whedon's Much Ado About Nothing...it was so flawless! Oh and this years the Great Gatsby. So good! ^_^
